When will my order arrive?

If an order is placed before 1pm Mon - Fri,
it is dispatched from us on the same day and no later than the next working day
during very busy periods. Any order placed after 1pm is despatched the next
working day. Any orders placed after 1pm on Fridays are despatched on Monday.

All of our orders are sent by Royal Mail

My order hasn't arrived?

Please allow up to 1-2 working days for
your order to be despatched where a tracking reference will then emailed to you from Royal
Mail.

Can I get next day
delivery?

At the moment, next day delivery is not
available on our orders. However, we are working to provide this service. Updates
coming soon!

My order has arrived
damaged, what do I do?

We are sorry to hear that your order has not
arrived as expected. Please email any photographs of the damage and your order
details to hello@drinksyps.com

We will get this sorted for you as soon as possible!

How much is shipping?

For all orders under £20, shipping costs
£3.50. Otherwise, free shipping to your home address is available for everyone!

Do you do returns?

Due to health, safety & hygiene reasons,
we are unable to accept returns.

Is this a fizzy drink?

It’s flavourful fizzy water, with zero sugar
and zero calories. Ditch fizzy drinks, drink fizzy water!

Ok so it’s water and great
fruit flavour - what else is in SYPS?

SYPS has been designed to deliver maximum
flavour with zero sugar so that we can help people make the difficult move away
from fizzy drinks and instead enjoy healthier hydration.

In order to achieve that, we do use the zero
calorie sweetener Sucralose in the range, and in two of the flavours Acefulme
K. These are both approved safe by the NHS and the Food Standards Agency where
we are also HFSS compliant. They are also approved safe for consumption by the
European Union and the Food and Drug Administration USA.

Despite Cancer Research UK stating sweeteners
do not cause cancer we have still worked really hard to avoid the nasty end of
sweeteners that dominate fizzy drinks and are proud to say we are aspartame and
erythritol free. We also don’t have any allergens.
